Cohen has vociferously denied the trip and even produced his passport
Michael Cohen, the embattled personal attorney of Donald Trump, has denied fresh reports that Special Counsel Robert Mueller obtained evidence he visited Prague in 2016.
'No matter how many times or ways they write it, I have never been to Prague. I was in LA with my son. Proven!' Cohen wrote in a withering tweet on Saturday.
'Bad reporting, bad information and bad story by same reporter Peter Stone,' he wrote.
Cohen was referring to a McClatchy report on Friday, which cited two sources claiming that Mueller's investigators traced evidence that Cohen entered the Czech Republic through Germany in August or September of 2016.
British ex-spy Christopher Steele's dossier claimed the purpose of the trip was to meet with a prominent ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Konstantin Kosachev, but it is not clear whether Mueller has evidence of such a meeting.

Yes he is, and so are all the Republican "leaders" in Congress who are also allowing this to go on and on. In fact, they keep urging the president to not fire Mueller -- even threatening Trump if he does fire that scumbag.

They don’t care that they are an embarrassing spectacle because the charade they’re engaged in serves the purpose of obfuscating the serious crimes which they themselves have perpetrated.
A disgrace that Clinton has to even being investigated on all levels. Foundation, Benghazi, emails, server hell there is too much to list, and yet that hag walks around without a care.

No, they are trying to pretend to prove the Steele dossier is true. That's the only play they have left.
Hence, this Cohen-was-in-Prague-as-the-dossier-said ploy. And hence Comey's book tour, whose sole mission is to produce the narrative in which the former FBI Director claims that the salacious stuff about Trump in the dossier is "possible."
