Undocumented immigrants without a criminal background are being deported in the Philadelphia region at greater rates than in other states, a report by Philly.com and ProPublica shows.
The Philadelphia Immigration and Customs Enforcement office arrested more immigrants without criminal convictions than any of the other 23 regions in the U.S. last year, says the report.
Immigrants without criminal records made up 64 percent of "at large" arrests last year in the Philadelphia ICE field office, compared with 38 percent in the rest of the U.S., said the report.
The Philadelphia ICE region includes parts of Pennsylvania, along with Delaware and West Virginia.

If they are undocumented that is a criminal history.
PA must not need more indigents and criminals. Other states with openings in these classes are taking up the slack.

Yep, and most people who don’t live in or near these cesspools of crime have no clue as to just how dangerous it is to actually spend time in any of them.

I agree. I have a home in both Montgomery and Bucks County. I do a lot of thrifting and I am always outnumbered, meaning I speak English and have a light skinned hue and most others do not. I encounter mostly squat Latinos but there are plenty of other swarthy types too. Sometimes I leave a public place fuming because all I hear is Spanish or Arabic being spoken.
Mention them in the ICE weekly newsletter; hold them up as exemplars for others to follow.
Every BS Liberal pi**ing and moaning about boo hoo illegals should try being “undocumented” in ANY other country in the world. Mexico will put any American away for years and even Canada requires a Passport (unless your a Muslim).
And Republicans always say they are only going after the felons who are here illegal, implying all the other wetbacks can just chill.
