More as though you could pay more to donate to them if you wanted to.
I looked at the link too. Purchasers who choose that ticket want to donate money to Flint (um, ok) or win brownie points with the crowd that believes in white guilt.
A thinly veiled racist commentary, perhaps, but not actionable.

Sure it is. If you are white and don’t pay the premium you get the badge showing you didn’t pay the premium, so as to face hostility and discrimination.
That said, I follow John Derbyshire’s advice in “The Talk: Non-black Version” and avoid large gatherings of blacks for safety reasons (especially as a Jewish man, given the propensity of blacks to commit hate crimes against Jews).
