I must be missing something. From the way I read the excerpt posted here, it sounds like this was a consensual encounter. Even agreeing to being tied up, blindfolded after being told for something sexual. No charges were filed afterwards. No complaints filed. And she even went back a few times. What did she expect to happen in his basement during sexual play and letting him tie her up and be blindfolded. I didn’t hear anything about here fighting back or trying to get away.
