I guess Russia doesn’t like a Robert Mueller type investigation that starts with and ends with the presumption of guilt being on Assad and the Syrian government using jihadist videos as “evidence”.
It was a dirty rigged Robert Mueller type investigation where the guilt is already assumed.
A team from the Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons is deploying to Syria to conduct an investigation at the request of Syria and Russia.
A real investigation, not a Mueller investigation.
It’s important to know the content of the US resolution, and Russia’s stated reason for Veto.
We know the OPCW is already on their way to Syria at Russia’s request.

Yesterday, Trump was on national TV talking about a military strike on Assad’s forces because Assad is responsible.
Mr. President, if you have verifiable evidence, release it to the public.
If you don’t have verifiable evidence, it’s time to apologize and shut up.

Could they possibly be a cache Sadam Hussains Iraqi WMD transferred to Syria before the shock and awe? If so whose protection were they ultimately under? Assad? Rebel forces? Russians? Therein lies the burden of proof. Better to be proof positive.
