I think that everything Mueller does is an effort to try to force Trump to fire him. Trump can pardon EVERYONE. There is absolutely nothing Congress or Mueller can do about it but say “unfair”. I’d hold off on Flynn just because I want to see him completely vindicated in public opinion. Anyone else they go after should be pardoned immediately
