Allstate sucks. I’m a USAA guy but I have had to deal with the Allstate claims people numerous times on other matters. Dickheads.

My life and business is involved with property claims. If you have have allstate or american family. May God help you. There is a reason they lobby so much.
In 2015, an effin' idiot hit our brand-new car. Fortunately we have a really excellent auto body shop nearby. They are real pros, and deal with a lot of insurance companies for auto claims. They told me - hands down - Allstate is the #1 absolute WORST company to deal with, and they don't always pay claims that other companies readily pay.
A family member works in a law office in Rhode Island... She says the same thing - Allstate is the absolute WORST insurance company her office deals with.
USAA was a lot higher for our cars and home ins. But, Allstate will probably be losing us as soon as we find some with lower or close to the same rates. Dumbasses.
I’ve had Allstate home and auto for a while if this is true. The USAA group contacted me. I’m a vet and American Legion member. Look like it’s time to change.
