What kind of wind would be needed to sail a bag of powder through a window? Without strewing a lot of other litter along with it.
That said, if it was a typical user quantity it’s a misdemeanor at worst. If it was enough to deal that’s another kind of wind. I think we should be caring more about souls than powders.
All she has to say is she had no, “Intent” to use it and she was merely on her way to the police station to turn in what she found. It worked perfectly for Comey and Hillary.

God women will blame anything not to take responsibility for their actions that cause them negative consequences.
I literally know women who blame the house when they walk into a door or wall. Old woman rear ended one of my family members this winter and said to the officer her brakes failed. Cop let her drive off so it wasnt brake failure.
