Thanks but can you provide documentation about
Hamilton authoring It? Fed 46 reads nothing like 29.
Also, I believe Hamilton was strong on central govt
while Madison was strong on states rights relatively
speaking and that shows comparing 29 & 46. I’ll bet
you a root beer float that Madison wrote Fed #46.
