Editorial: Border force a good idea but not a new idea

The president of the United States has a responsibility to secure the borders of the country. Additionally, our country’s sovereignty must not ebb and flow with the cultural and political machinations of the day.

Tuesday, President Trump explained to reporters that he was taking a new tack on securing the U.S.-Mexico border. “We’re going to be doing things militarily. Until we can have a wall and proper security, we’re going to be guarding our border with the military.”

Going back a little further to President Clinton’s 1995 State of the Union speech, we heard very strong language and determination from the Democratic Commander in Chief. “All Americans, not only in the states most heavily affected but in every place in this country, are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country. The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants. The public service they use impose burdens on our taxpayers. That’s why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more by hiring a record number of new border guards, by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring, by barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens. ... We will try to do more to speed the deportation of illegal aliens who are arrested for crimes.” He continued, “We are a nation of immigrants. But we are also a nation of laws. It is wrong and ultimately self-defeating for a nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years, and we must do more to stop it.”

We must put our feelings for the current president aside and endeavor the return to common sense on border security.

PDJT is right to do this military deployment along the border. But no news outlet is writing the truth.

Here is the truth:

By International Law standards, Mexico is perpetrating an Act of War on the USA. This outlines what is at stake here:

“The 1500 man Honduran “caravan” on its way to the Southern border is more than it seems. Of course they will be denied entry. But this is intended by the US liberal fascist left to be the beginning os a refugee camp on the Mexican side of the border. Once it becomes a UN approved refugee camp, it will be funded by the Muslim countries who control much of the UN’s “refugee” program.

“It will then be only a short time before the men of that camp will be armed by Iran, North Korea and other radical Muslim States. One can see the Arab Spring hand of our magic negro community organizers at work. Mexico will sit back and allow it all, what have they got to lose? The entire Northern tier of Mexican states is controlled by Mexican gangs.

“PDJT has only a short time to act, but he has a weaponized FBI, DOJ and CIA. Who knows what will happen now? Our country cannot permit the establishment of a UN approved refugee camp on our Southern border. PDJT has either a military option or he must grant asylum to the 1500 and process them immediately. Both are only short term stop gaps.

“If PJDT can draw the attention of America to the incredible risk to our national security as an election issue, he may actually see the November election bring full Republican control of the Senate and the House. But that has its own uncertainty.

“These factors will begin to play out over the next few months. Congress will rue the day they ever refused to implement some kind of solution to settle the DACA issue. Now the rage of the American people is about to be felt at the polls. One can only hope that it wil come against the Democrat party and its deep state cabal , a criminal syndicate of liberal fascists who seek to destroy America. This is why President Trump must fire both Mueller and Rosenstein, replace Sessions and clean these liberal fascist mafia from the higher echelons of the federal government.

“The invasion of our country was about to begin.”

What is “common sense” but what is used in an argument to make it sound as though the one using the term to make their point of view the only logical conclusion. Especially over used by the left on taking arms from the citizens.

Ever since the Dems have figured out how to make illegal border crossers into Democrat voters, they have jumped on the bandwagon with the GOP who allow massive unskilled illegal cheap workers into our society for exploitation.

Such short sighted selfishness has all but completely wrecked this nation.

Can it be salvaged?

Up until 1943, patrolling the US-Mexico border was the job of the US Cavalry. It was an attack on Columbus NM by Mexican bandits in 1916, killing 17 Americans, which led to the Mexican Border Expedition. President Wilson ordered General Pershing and several thousand cavalry troops into Mexico in an effort to capture Poncho Villa. My grandfather was a member of 1st Infantry, Co. D of the North Dakota State Militia at that time. He was mobilized and sent to Mercedes TX to take over patrolling the border, allowing regular Army cavalry troops to enter Mexico. This operation lasted about a year, but Villa was never captured.

Your grandfather is probably one of the below shown marching through nearby Brownsville Texas in 1916. Wilson sent more than 100,000 troops to patrol our Mexican border and also sent General "Blackjack" Pershing's "punitive expedition" into Mexico.

Rather than the limp-wristed token military gestures of the Clinton-Bush-Obama era, a more appropriate recollection of the tradition of America's military securing our border from Mexican hostile acts and threat is 1916.

When Wilson not only sent General "Blackjack" Pershing's "punitive expedition" into Mexico - but sent more than 100,000 armed troops to actively patrol our Mexican border. Below is a photo of a portion of those armed troops marching through Brownsville Texas:

"...becomes a UN approved refugee camp."

For years Aztlan/Reconquista supporters/groups have been adapting the Palestinian language using phrases like "occupied territories," "right of return," etc..

Having UN "refugee camps" along America's border will take us even further along Israel's self-destructive path. Just as Israel's Palestinian "refugee camps" were used as paramilitary bases for terrorist and guerrilla acts, so too will America's Hispanic refugee camps. By putting military power at the border, does this mean there might be a few A-10s employed if necessary?

A few A-10s would solve the problem for a couple of generations. The last lesson we taught the Mexicans made it into the Marine Hymn. They need another.
