The rule of law is important--certainly. As a lawyer, I have no inclination to trivialize that point. Yet most important is the type of laws, we have; and there is no way a law or Court decision, which is antagonistic to the American heritage, to the purposes set forth in the Preamble that defines the very function of our Constitutional federation, can ever be acceptable.

What is at stake is what the Founders created; what patriots fought & died for; the cultural norms that made Americans the most successful people on earth. There is no way that putting those who scoff at our heritage, our values & our history, ahead of loyal Americans, can ever be acceptable.

Ann Coulter appears to get it; to understand what is obvious. The CNN propagandist surely does not. The question of whether he has seditious intent, or is merely seriously confused remains.
