Freeper Jeff Head had an awesome fictional account of the fall of Incirlik in one of his books.
It was ugly for our side. I think everyone died who did not escape.

I have wondered about those poor souls who remain at Incirlik. Security-wise they seem pretty naked. While I am certain there are contingency plans in place for emergency rescue and evacuation, people will die and some may likely get captured.
