AS a matter of a point.
Mexico was a County before the US was a country...
Mexican independence from Spain was achieved in 1821. How does that date make it an older country than the USA?
Depends on your definition of "country." As far as I can see, Mexico is not a country, no more than Zimbabwe is a country. TODAY.
Senility is a sad thing, as is "a little learning."
If you seek knowledge rather than hyperbole, I can recommend a good book about the many unsuccessful riots uprisings and deaths before 1910 in Mexico.
The great Mexico city riot of 1968 is specially noteworthy, as it happened after 1910.
I hope we need not have to hear further absurd comparisons between Mexico and the United States as real countries, else we have nothing further to discuss.
First of all, your "matter of point" is completely irrelevant.
And as a matter of fact, you are 100% wrong.
Independence from Spain
Declared: September 16, 1810
Consummated: September 27, 1821
Recognized: December 28, 1836
First constitution: October 4, 1824
Funny, how many outrageous distortions of fact one can avoid by simply cracking the encyclopedia!

“Mexico was a County before the US was a country...”
Well, that depends on what your definition of the word “country” is! Mexico has been an unqualified dump forever! And I still think it’s been a “boil” on America’s a$$ forever! There are a lot of good Mexican People, I see them often when I drive across the Salinas Valley and watch them work their magic on the rich soil there,. But those people have no connection to the crapweasel “white” Spaniards who have run Mexico like their own private fiefdom since they stole it from the locals. Like North Korea, we have failed to deal with an existing problem of major proportions for virtually all of my life of more than three quarters of a century.
Okay so this is Trumps big test none of these people get in - and it better get people to wise up the fact that we need a wall and need it fast, Mexico is in meltdown mode. Military on the border, Engineers start that wall.
