S’cuse me?
So in the state of Utah EVERYONE who might sit on a grand jury is for Mitt Romney and is therefore so anti-Trump they would refuse to bring charges against rogue, criminal, DC Swamp FBI and DOJ who scheme to frame the President? Then impeach him?
Sure. And all of Texas where I live is a hot dusty plain fit only as a backdrop for filming western movies...
Or, name your exaggerated misconception about ANY place...
Mittz Romney won’t have anything to do with it will he?
I don’t trust Turley. But as an attorney, I understand enough to have hope that the counsel in Utah will come forth with honest and valid findings as well as subpoenas and indictments based upon his findings.
Smart move or just another delaying tactic?
If the DOJ really wanted to nail the corrupt culprits in the FBI, the DOJ, the Obama White House and and the Hillary Clinton circle they would have already taken decisive action.
With the exception of the DOJ itself it seems that everyone in the nation who hasn’t drunk the Obama/Clinton Kool-Aid knows a lot of what happened, who committed the crimes and what their motives were.
Or, name your exaggerated misconception about ANY place...
_____________
I said ‘full of’, not ‘every’.
UT, IMO, is more GOPe and will support Romney with a plurality, at the minimum and a majority at the most likely.
I have seen enough of the results of UT politics to believe that peer pressure and group identity have great sway.
Grand Juries make recommendations; I did not imply an organized ‘scheme’. We do not even know when Grand Juries are impaneled and their results remain sealed until such time as the prosecutor determines. The prosecutor then acts.
It is the likely outcome of a jury trial that is in question.
Impeachment is a political process that takes place in the House of Representatives and has no effect on the POTUS’ retention of office until the case is voted upon in the Senate.
The rest of your post is sneering mis-exaggeration of an honest question/concern and raises more questions about hysterical red herrings. I see no need to respond.
“If the DOJ really wanted to nail the corrupt culprits in the FBI, the DOJ, the Obama White House and and the Hillary Clinton circle they would have already taken decisive action.”
Exactly.
What are all the idiotic Sessionistas going to say when the IG report comes out and, in fine Comeyish fashion finds a lot of “wrongdoing” but “no criminal intent”?
To believe that no real action has been taken against Comey, Lynch, Hitlery, Podesta, et al because Sessions is a genius laying a trap, is the DUMBEST THING EVAH! ARE YOU ALL STUPID?
Let’s just hope that when and if there are indictments, that they are the people at the top and not some low level assistants.
A second SC is a more calculated, modest play that could deliver justice, but at the expense of time, location and political interference.
Of course, taking an in-house path concomitantly provides the perfect venue for smothering the entire range of crimes against the people. This of course is where the risk comes into play; yet, the promise of a large payoff is appealing.
Once again, we must wait and see. The clock is literally ticking, so Trump is either playing the most brilliant 4D chess conceived, or he's mated and delaying the inevitable.
A) Sessions and Trump have a master plan to take down the Deep State and it is taking an understandably long time to unfold. Or...
B) Sessions and Trump are powerless to do anything about the Deep State, their families have been threatened, and they are engaging in a form of theater to maintain the illusion that justice is coming when there will in fact be no real change to the New World Order that rules us.
If B), then there is literally nothing we can do about it and there is no point in wasting time on FR or political issues any more. Conservatives will be compelled to simply disengage, generate as little taxable income as possible, and refuse all forms of voluntary interaction with government.
Either way, criticizing the public positions of Sessions and Trump is pointless. This kind of investigation could never be detailed in the MSM's headlines in a way that conservatives would find satisfying.
You have me mistaken for somebody else. I've not posted one Sessions photoshop.
I have posted numerous times facts that you can't deal with.
There are more options than you list.
Found one.
LOL.
Tell Turley that Huber works for Rosenstein.
I dunno, let’s ask Evan McMuffin, Mike Lee and Orin Hatch.
Sessions is pushing the fireworks back until after the midterms because he knows the GOP will not support POTUS.
Don’t kid yourself, this article is spot on. We all want a “special prosecutor” because Mueller is acting as if he is all powerful. Empaneling a grand jury somewhere other than DC is a very big deal.
My questions as a lawyer is this: why can a grand jury be impanelled in Utah, if no alleged overt act occurred there? What happened to jurisdiction/venue rules? Were criminal charges to brought from an indictment returned in Utah, can the case be tried there even if no overt act or crime occurred in that state?
‘Sessions is about to’
This is the essence of Q. ‘Something is about to happen.’
Q has been saying that since October. Boom, boom, boom.
Nothing has happened. McCabe was fired, but he didn’t lose his pension and he hasn’t been charged. Associates of Trump are being put through the legal wringer to within an inch of their lives, but the Deep State is spiking the ball. They travel around promoting books, making speeches, and attacking Trump day after day. Not a one is ever touched.
But, ‘It’s about to happen. It really is. It really truly is. This time we mean it, honest we do!’
Q is a Deep State psyops. And it’s a stunning success.
‘It should come out in the next two weeks’
We’ve been hearing that [about the IG report] since December.
‘I understand enough to have hope that the counsel in Utah will come forth with honest and valid findings as well as subpoenas and indictments based upon his findings.’
Because what Obama-appointee has ever let us down.
‘the IG report comes out and, in fine Comeyish fashion finds a lot of wrongdoing’
That would be a step up. Horowitz couldn’t even find any wrongdoing when he investigated Fast and Furious. He couldn’t even figure out who authorized the program.
Smh.
