If you knew the right people you would be laughing your ass off. I'm not gonna ask ..... ignorance may truly be bliss here.

Let’s remember that, as far as the DOJ goes, Mueller is the bastard child of Sessions and Sessions is the one ultimately responsible for Mueller’s actions. Sessions should fire his ass rather than let him wander around unrestrained, but I don’t think Jeffy’s got the gonads.

Repub leadership does not care if that happens because they have always been Uniparty. they know it hurts conservative repubs way more than themselves.

Yet, the FBI was powerless to do anything about the Parkland shooter, Pulse nightclub shooter, etc.

Thats the problem. With his reclusal he gave Muellar a green light. Now were seeing Muellar getting more and more out of control.

The House of Representatives ... shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
The supreme court has suggested (though not ruled in a precedent) that the house's decision is beyond judicial review. Removal from office after impeachment is a separate issue with a lot of procedures and difficulties. But impeachment is pretty simple.
If Ryan wanted to declare that a Trump tweet constitutes a "high crimes or misdemeanor" and got enough house to go along, we'd have impeachment. Getting the house to vote may be difficult, but there is no judicial interference; no set of laws/rules/tests to refer to; and no process outside of house rules.
One description of "high crimes and misdeamors" is
historical references of the period, the phrase in its original meaning is interpreted as "for whatever reason whatsoever".
According to wikipedia, Benjamin Franklin asserted that the power of impeachment and removal was necessary for those times when the Executive "rendered himself obnoxious,"
I don't trust wikipedia, and even if Franklin said it, it wouldn't be binding in court. But you can bet that Maxine Waters will be willing to use that as justification for her vote to impeach. And the courts are unlikely to stop her.

Don’t make me laugh here. This is so beyond politics. Bullets have more power than stupid, corrupt politicians. Maxine Waters is a non-factor.

Maybe Mueller has made another mistake - this guy seems only too willing to ring his bell by blaring what sort of crap is being pulled to try to get Trump by any illegal means available.

I am always amazed that folks that should know better, don't. This guy writes books on these things, he should have immediately shut his yapper as soon as he was detained.

I guess that means we won’t be seeing many of his articles on FR?
