From the article:

Absorbing (that) the DOJ has a long-standing criminal investigation will likely create anxiety for those committed to an irrational intolerance of Attorney General Jeff Sessions; but the substance remains evident regardless of sentiment.

_______

There was already an appointed person, a prosecutor, from “outside of Washington”, in place prior to the recent request for a Special Counsel by Goodlatte and Gowdy. That was exactly what an objective analysis of the events previously outlined – and we previously noted.

Attorney Jeff Sessions previously outlined the existence of an outside prosecutor who has been in place for quite a while, exactly as we thought. All the evidence of this was/is clear if you follow the granular details closely. Here’s how we figure it out; and also the reason why no-one in Washington DC -including congress and the president- was previously aware, until today.

Thanks. I read the letter last night. I’m hoping that prosecutor also has had a grand jury in place and is ready to serve papers/arrest criminals.

Sessions letter also suggests Huber has a team of prosecutors (plural) working the case.

From the article:

All of the news and information coming forward, including the lack of follow-up attention by the Democrats regarding the minority HPSCI memo, aligns with a very specific set of facts. Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, James Baker, Bill Priestap, Bruce Ohr and likely Nellie Ohr, have cut some kind of deal with prosecutor John Huber for process leniency in exchange for cooperation with the IG and DOJ prosecutor.

Thereby the Fab-Five have provided the IG investigative team and the DOJ prosecutor Huber with sworn statements and testimony which is highlighted in investigative communication between the DOJ and Chairman Nunes; and we saw snippets surfacing in the Nunes memo. That perspective explains everything seen and not seen.

It is likely the final investigative summary from the Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General (DOJ-OIG), Michael Horowitz, is going to be very encompassing. It is also likely to be immediately followed-up by actions, perhaps immediate indictments, from DOJ Prosecutor John Huber who Jeff Sessions brought in from outside Washington.

__________

Let's hope there is immediate action and indictments.

Many here and elsewhere have already grossed out Huber for being aligned with Obama and Rosenstein. Who knows what's going to happen.

Prayers up for some pleasant surprises.

Justice has been missing for way too long.

......news that the DOJ has a long-standing criminal investigation in-place, will hopefully mitigate criticisms of Sessions......

It all depends on what Sessions does with the investigative findings and whether he can produce real evidence that results in charges.

“Justice has been missing for way too long.”

I hope and pray that the wheels of (real) justice have just been turning slowly, but unceasingly, and that they have large mass and carbide treads.

With all the corruption and chicanery ALREADY verified and released and with Russia in control of 20% of our uranium and Jeff Sessions still wants to know if a special prosecutor is needed? Sessions is turning out to be more corrupt than any of them. All these hundreds of people investigating and with millions of pages of documents — this is turning out to be the biggest cover-up in history and done in broad daylight.

I read the whole series of articles and have hope that there will be some swamp critters doing the perp walk this summer, including rosenstein, mcabe and comey.

I will leave the fantasy about lynch, ohr and others for later until I've had a few Bloody Marys to clear my thinking.

“Justice has been missing for way too long. “

The fix is in. Ain’t going to see any justice with Sessions.

He’s protecting the swamp.

Obama appointees investigating Obama officials.

What a complete joke.

Only idiots believe anything is going to come of these farcical “investigations.”

Fire Sessions.

I’ll bet he’s already negotiated reduced sentences and possibly immunity for cooperation and testimony. I’ll also bet the Sessions bashing is about over.

Release of the IG report , or phase 1 of it, will likely be the triggering event for the s$&t to hit the fan.

(Hopefully)

Yes, I’m thinking that and hoping that! It does take a while to build a case, especially when the case has so many tentacles.

What a complete joke.

Yes. All of the pro-Sessions people are going to have to explain THAT.

Look... from what I’ve seen over the past year and a half, EVERY Democrat is corrupt to the core. It doesn’t matter if they’re a Congressman, Judge or FBI agent. Their warped ideology and irrational hatred of President Trump corrupt and color EVERYTHING they do. They are NEVER reasonable. They never stop trying to destroy their enemy. NEVER.

And if this guy is an Obama appointee, I have a very difficult time believing he’s anything BUT a Democrat, and therefore have ZERO faith that justice is going to be served, and even less faith that Jeff Sessions - perhaps the most ineffectual AG in the history of time - has done the right thing here.

I would absolutely love to be proven wrong.
