Mister Carter garnered much in the way of international accomplishments in his 4 long years; sadly each and every one was a major failure, and left our fine Country worse off than before.
Mister Carter was no more successful at domestic policies (the term "stagflation" comes to mind), and voters returned him to Georgia before he could do more damage.
As the many posters above state so cleverly, Mister Carter's negative opinion of John Bolton is an unintentional ringing endorsement, precisely because Carter is so regarded a gullible fool and a stratospheric failure.
