Why did the BCSO fail from bottom to top, and top to bottom to follow their established “active shooter” SOP?
Did they “know” the shooter and in turn staged outside to allow shooter to slip out the back?
My bet is Cruz and piggy were both shooters. But when piggy was a no show Cruz got cold feet and tried to make a run for it.
Cruz got played by piggy and the bull dyke probably with the promise of Cruz getting “favors” from piggy’s little sister, the blonde with glasses, or the brunette who are part of the “survivor” clique.
Only way to find out is full examination of electronic communications of Cruz and members of the clique in the weeks leading up to the shooting.
Someone needs to gain access to Cruz and offer him immunity in exchange to becoming states evidence against hogg and the others. Make the kid talk.
