Someone pay attention to the statute of limitations here. Hillary can be culpable for numerous crimes, but if you do not bring actions in time, you may be out of luck. At the same time, the statute of limitations period is tolled when there is an active effort to prevent prosecutors/investigators from having information that would allow them to move forward with charges. This whole process is embarrassing in its sloppiness and sloth. Get moving!

I can’t speak to the statute of limitations in the US but under civil law in Ontario, Canaduh in the mid-80s, as long as you could provide evidence of continuing investigation, the ‘limit’ of seven years, began with each action.

For example, after obtaining a judgement against a creditor, a writ would be registered in the county, preventing the transfer of real assets (real estate) until the debt was satisfied. Prior to the seven year anniversary of the registration of that writ, it was renewed and the seven year ‘count’ began again. I am not sure how it may have changed since then, with so many years of socialist government in Ontario.

I also do not know how it would work regarding criminal law in the US, especially as US law is much more based upon ‘code’ rather than ‘precedent’, as it is in Canaduh, at least in regards to civil law.
