I concur with you. FR has too many that do not comprehend things. I contacted my Congressman about this bill who is very fiscally conservative and normally would have voted no on something like this. Most of this bill was DoD related and very important to our national security. He sent me a very well written letter about why he had to support it. It explained things that I did not know about but in my professional opinion which we cannot ignore nor have delay from a national security perspective. It had to go through.

Thanks. You might consider posting it here once the shrieking and rending of garments dies down.

You'd think this was the first bloated Federal budget ever enacted.
