In Cal. AZ. NM. the original USA founding documents had a 60' easement for Federal use if I remember correctly. In Texas that doesn't exist. The property will be secured just like they secure road ways, etc. but will take more time/money. JMO
A prototype is a waste of time? Dont you think, Ann, that a person should compare and contrast samples before investing millions or billions in a project?

Along those lines...didn’t a pedestrian bridge in Miami come crashing down just last week, killing several people...a bridge that had been thrown up in under a week, by a company that bragged about building bridges quickly? Seems like not a good time to complain about being methodical when it comes to building important structures that need to last a long time.
I follow her on Twitter but have not look at her tweets in awhile. I am so tired of her whining. Does this woman not know how much this man has on his plate?
So much for Trump not being a politician. Seems Trump has morphed into that creature right before everyone's eye's. Trump will ride that campaign promise right up until the 2020 election and ride it right into his next victory and there will still be no wall..
I you drive up I-83 in southern Pennsylvania, you’ll see a large building to your left just south of York.
It’s a company called Intertek and the building is a big test facility.
In the outlot you’ll see a huge wall, 100 ft tall with no apparent purpose.
Oh, but wait, there is a purpose. Architects who design curtain walls (office towers with glass exteriors) need to test them to be sure they are stable, waterproof, seismically strong etc so they spend tremendous amounts of money building a small section of the curtain wall to test it. That would be commonly referred to as a prototype...of something commonly called a wall.

I am sure Trump has a lot of thoughts on the GOP leadership that he keeps to himself.
Don’t need a wall. Really need to force employers to verify social security numbers and not accept workers with fake or stolen numbers. Need to enforce tax laws, don’t send a thousand refund checks to one house, don’t give refunds to illegals. A ton of things you can do to dry up the job market for illegals, just enforce existing laws.
If POTUS Trump were the King, the Wall would have been under construction the first day he was in charge.
