I have met a number of Dr's that are gear heads and it fills their soul to tinker, I don't think I have ever met a lawyer who could sharpen a ******* pencil.
Back to the Dr's tinkering and by extension Ann. You are right engineers whether it is bridges, roads, aircraft, cars, etc etc have to design, test, and prototype to prevent failure or their name and liability is all over it.
Where as Govt can design systems ( Obamacare ) that are failures and they bandaid it, pontificate, and lie and tell us it is chicken salad when it it really chicken $h!+. And they never change that cultural behavior, and PDJT is the 1st to actually try to make it happen a system that works via prototype and a selection process by sending out to the building community a request for proposals to meet said criteria. The fact that she doesn't get it with her intellect? That is scary.
Trump should just take a note from Teddy Roosevelt and send the fleet to the end of the world.
I listened to some of the owners who have produced prototypes. I can’t recall the one, but there was one company that had a very comprehensive plan with quality wall reconstruction that would last 100 years.

Forcibly deport illegal aliens
Give illegal aliens incentives to self-deport
End all government funding for illegal aliens
Fine employers who hire illegal aliens
All these facets are law and/or have been funded decades ago.
I don’t think an actual physical wall is a good idea. I don’t think one will be built. The only way to stop the flood of illegal aliens coming across the border is to eliminate welfare benefits for non-citizens, implement e-verify and ENFORCE IT, and end the war on drugs. The only reason there are “jobs Americans won’t do” is because of our welfare system. Cut it off, and you’ll see just how fast Americans will go to work.
