Dr. Noel is the physician who discussed Hillary's health issues during the campaign and formed a medical opinion that she was most likely suffering from Parkinson's disease.
In his new video, he analyzes her latest "event" in India on a frame by frame basis and concludes that it is more evidence that his original call was correct.

In that video, what’s up with that? Hillary’s hand is reaching for her nose and someone reaches out and pushes on her arm as if to keep her from doing so. Why?

It ain’t happening folks. The press is doing the public yet another disservice. Hillary is dying before our eyes. And the news of her physicality and vitality is a ruse. What purpose does the press serve in this charade?

If you look at the India video, you’ll see that she isn’t actually hanging on to the arm of the guy on her left. Her hand is oddly clenched. Put that together with her falls, Fresnel glasses, coughing fits, and odd outbursts and behavior, and this armchair diagnostician says she has MS (multiple sclerosis), not Parkinson’s.
