I've always thought it would be nice for the Trumps to have a few kids his age (round about) and their parents down to Fla home on a weekend. Maybe 6 kids plus parents

I have not been to a Chili’s for a long time, it is one of my favorites. The Chili’s close to me is now Spinato’s . The Greek pizza is wonderful.

We watched over a 100 rallies..the first were the best..LOL and we realized that Donald LOVED AMERICA! We also learned a heck of a lot about buying and selling real estate. The off the teleprompter times were a scream!!

I like Chilis and their umbrella company counter part Macaroni Grill.. although in general I am NOT into franchises and will always choose a mom and pop place. Especially in the ethnic foods there are some great places here locally and I love to support locally owned enterprises. Ive become very fond of Lebanese, Indian, Thai foods the past decade. Have always been a fan of Chinese, Italian and Mexican.. being a boring vegetarian limits my choices but with ethnic food, the possibilities improve

Young man when to our community college & got a culinary degree. Wanted to start up something different & he did Toasted Cheese route. His offerings are anything but boring. All homemade from scratch & huge offerings. Started with one restaurant about dozen years ago and now has about a dozen or so locations . I never go there meal times.. always a line. and long wait. No reservations. Best times are between 2-5 in afternoon & that also coincides with their happy hour

Was so much fun to watch the rallies and chime in on the threads. Nik (Nikos1121) posted a thread for each days rallies.. Sometimes there were several, but we stayed at that one thread. We continued at that tread as a group til the next rally/thread. His threads were really nice. He’d have info a pictures for each venue and we felt a lot like we were there

Developed an appreciation for each other and that was the advent of the transitions threads, the Inauguratin thread and now the Dose, threads. All were Trump Family Train.

I’m very discouraged today, the march for gun control dominated weekend news, companies like Dick’s Sporting Goods implementing gun control, Citi not letting their cards be used outside of gun control.

Then we have POTUS, who fake tweeted he might veto, got our hopes up, then signed the damn thing. And now he’s teasing using military $ for wall but LS says no can do.

Maybe this is happening because Trump replaced all the original MAGA team, now gets advice from his daughter or Jared, others who aren’t from our world. But it’s very dispiriting.

Sorry to be such a downer but have to share with someone and this thread is pretty much my safe space.

I have seen indications that Trump has been pushing the Administration to get a big plan going for border barriers, all along. He is a boss by nature - he wants to see results from subordinates, or they get fired, on the spot.

I can’t believe that they don’t have primary, secondary and tertiary plans to make progress.

General Kelly, as Chief of Staff, is seen by President Trump’s side almost all the time. As a Four Star General, planning and execution are ingrained deeply into his bones. He was Trump’s first Secretary of Homeland Security, charged with building the wall. If Trump did not think he was handling it well, he would not have been promoted to Chief of Staff. General Kelly is now a specialist in the details of the wall , and is also a long time expert in how the Military spending works.

Let’s not forget, that as a Four Star, General Kelly commanded SOUTHCOM, which oversees Latin America, Southern Border Security, and JTF-B, the Counter-Narcotics effort on the Southern Border. These would be natural areas within DoD to fund construction of border barrier, if the Military budget was going to be used. General Kelly probably knows all the folks in SOUTHCOM who might be involved in wall building by their first names, and the last four digits of their Social Security numbers.

After Kelly took Homeland Security and had some time to get briefed, he estimated two years of construction to get a reasonably effective border barrier up (I assume that was based on unconstrained funding).

With all the time they have had to plan and prepare, the continued high level emphasis, and the quality of the people leading the effort; money that is added now truly shovel-ready. I expect that vendors will be notified this week, probably Monday, of new solicitations being released for border barrier (the good stuff). It is just a question of how much. A few billion extra from DoD’s budget, and we would be off to the races. Really, 5 billion a year for two years would basically do the job.

Kenny I suggest you go to the Q thread for perhaps an hour and read about all the information they have worked on (ALL worked on) with the help also of millions on line. Trump just tweeted THREE TIMES that he's using the funds from the omnibus bill to build the wall "through the military."

When has our President let us down? And reading my post ALL through the rallies haven't you learned that the media IS THE ENEMY! One last question for you to think about...why are millions on the internet 24/7 now talking and working together? Please STOP watching the Fake News!
