Remember back in the beginning of summer there was a big stink about the legality of Comey taking personal notes because more than half of his personal Memos/Notes were recollections of his conversations with Trump about the Russia investigation and were actually determined to contain classified information.
I forgot to mention that the same rules should apply to McCabe as they did to Comey’s Notes .....
