They have him on the same "criminal" charges that they brought against Flynn.
And then there is the fact that the IG has far MORE on McCabe and this is out of any court's hands! The "fat lady" has yet to sing the final aria, ergo, trying to take this to any court, is also not just premature, but would constitute "obstructure" !
He will NOT get all of his pension and since there is still a whole LOT that we don’t know ( which include CRIMINAL CHARGES! ), so he hopefully shall wind up in jail! Bye bye the pension and loads of time in prison.
I'm not the vindictive type but after what they've done to Flynn. It would be satisfying just to see them take the bad PR flak they've served out all these years. I would have bartered for some kind of waiver to reduce some of his pension.
Because they have hurt people on our side for less provocation than what theirs have done and so far skated free as birds.
Obama needs to have his halo tarnished. They wouldn't even look into anything except Ayers and Rezko superficially then dropped. Or covered up for him completely. Mocked anyone questioning his citizenship or the birth certificate. And the rest of it we've talked about for years. Especially the company he kept. Trump didn't hang out with communist traitors and terrorists. Just women. And they make a federal case of that worthy of impeachment (just to get rid of him). They are just as immoral and get away with more of it.

Indeed, we are fortunate to have such as competent, strong, and steadfast Attorney General who has been and will continue to do his job despite being the target of unwarranted ridicule by people who don’t know what the hell they are talking about.

I don’t know but do speculate that the honorable AG has a pretty thick skin and might have even seen the flack from clueless friendlies as good cover.

McCabe may be the first real crack. He considered himself a member of a very special class of political operators whose personal actions determined the direction of policy. Yet now he finds himself out on his keister. I bet HRC and other former powerful pols don’t rush in to his defense. I remember back though when it was reported that McCabe threatened to bring down many more if he was to pay a personal price.
I can’t wait!
