You may never know if he does or not. What I do know is that he is guilty of far more crimes than the letter from Sessions is alluding to. If he avoids prosecution for those crimes then justice has not been served.

Not sure but he may need that pension money to pay fines after he's convicted, which might take 10 years, with all the appeals ...
