Vanessa Trump filed for divorce against her husband Donald Trump Jr. late Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

5 kids in 12 years. She has been pregnant/lactating for 2/3 of the marriage. She is stressed out and sleep deprived and feels lonely and abandoned because of Don Jr work/travel schedule. I bet the kids are overscheduled too.
People think they can make up for lack of time with “quality” time. You can’t. Families require quantity time because you can’t actually schedule “quality” time in relationships, no matter how much money you spend on it.
The seeds of this divorce are perhaps more sinister than what appears and could have been caused by interference from the DNC, and George Soros as they could have flipped Vanessa to divorce Don Jr.
If so, she will write a book.

Seems to me like Dad’s oldest and namesake worked hard to be the same sort of dad that he had himself—and idolized:
- also 5 kids,
- also 3 girls and 2 boys,
- also the oldest boy named for him, and, reportedly,
- also away and otherwise focused a lot of the time, though when with the kids so focused on them that they felt loved and adored.
That can be a hard thing for a mother of 5 or even just 3, like Ivana had, to handle. Don Jr. of course managed to get all 5 kids in with his first wife, but Donald and Don Jr both had first marriages that lasted 15 years. Donald, however, was 6 years older at the time of his first marriage—and divorce.
Reports seem to be that it was a long time coming — and not just the result of Trump’s first 14 months in office.

Except for the hunting thing—holding up dismembered trophy body parts of endangered animals—Don Jr’s politics are certainly sexy.
Would be nice if Jivanka could head back to NYC to focus on their family, while Don Jr might have more time to be useful, outsider eyes and ears for his dad.

Having kids changes a marriage
Having 5 kids in 7 years changes it a lot
She changed and the relationship changed- probably felt like the spark was gone
Hes a workaholic like his father so the spark probably was gone
DJ Jr Never seemed like a player
Honestly dont know he’d have the time and energy
When children are involved, the parents should seriously think about the impact divorce has on their kids.
Sacrifice, work it out, be selfless, not selfish, and stay together for the children.
Just my opinion which I know is worth .02.
Lotsa posters making up lotsa sh*t. I think it says more about them than anything to do with Don Jr’s divorce, about which nobody knows anything (and let’s hope it stays that way!).
Don Jr is my favorite Trump family member. I feel sad for him, for Vanessa, and especially for their 5 very young children.

A man who travels constantly is not spending all his time with his children. Not physically possible.
With each baby, his wife got more lonely and tired. Hell, 5 back to back pregnancies are exhausting in and of themselves. I’m not saying her feelings are rational, most feelings aren’t and in ten years she’ll regret this decision, bigly.
But there is a middle period in raising a family where it’s easy for the marriage to flame out and people don’t recognize it for what it is, a temporary situation where you have really put your shoulder into the grindstone and just get through it (and cut back everyone’s activities and just stay home).

Prayers for the Trump family and for the LORD to be their buffer and shield from the added strain of the political spotlight and increased attacks from the enemy.
Trump’s family is his most loyal support system. Prayers for them to recover from this turbulent season...and for healing.
How sad. I hope that the pressure of Trump’s Presidency wasn’t a major piece of the collapse of this marriage.
I am sure the press will speculate wildly.
Praying they will reconsider the divorce. They appeared to be happy not that long ago. MSM hate and the white powder incident may have been too much for her.
