Couldn’t the next democrat president just have him re-hired for a few days? I could see that happening.

That is why he not only must be fired, but must be arrested, charged, prosecuted, and convicted, along with all the rest of the traitors.

If this is not done, there is no restoration within the system, and we can all imagine what will ensue at that point.

He’d have to appeal the termination, which isn’t an easy task. And, once fired, he takes only what he paid into the pension, if anything, and what he paid into his TSP. If he was able to sue and get his job back, he’d be able to pay all that back, etc and then collect.

If he’s fired, as he should be, he’s kryptonite, from this point on.
