Nobody under the age of 21 can even touch a rock, all rocks MUST be registered, and of course, everyone must go through a screening, prior to being allowed to own a rock. :-)

But the black rocks! And High-Capacity bags! They can throw the rocks as fast as they can reach in, grab them, and cock their arm to throw.

We need Bag and Rock Legislation:
*******************************************

***To obtain and carry Black Rocks, buyers must be the age of 21 or older, and have no outstanding mental health issues.

***The bag should contain a mechanism to limit the size of rocks thrown to less than 1/2” diameter. Studies are shown these cause less damage to people and objects.

***To prevent heavier rocks from being thrown (such as “Assault Rocks” which may contain larger amounts of heavy metals such as lead and depleted uranium products) the bag will seal the latch automatically if an attempt is made to place an Assault Rock in it.

***To limit the amount of rocks in a bag, and they must has self closing mechanisms that require you to manually release the closure mechanism on the bag to grab another rock.

***There must be a mechanism that prevents a user from pulling out two rocks at the same time which would enable rapid-fire rock throwing.
