She is correct, and it also is possible for any terrorist organization in the world to infiltrate any kind of loathsome weapons across the unguarded Mexican border and kill millions of Americans.

You might be right as I'm pretty sure Haley was foisted on Trump by the neo-liberals early in the transition. If he canned Tillerson for disagreeing with him on foreign policy, he might be tempted to do the same with her.
