Bombs 'usually' aren't the preferred method in gang violence. This has the stink of terrorism to me. Or someone trying to incite race wars....

Other sites and the news last night said they weren’t sophisticated and components could be bought anywhere. Bottom line, they don’t know or aren’t saying or sensationalizing.
The NAACP prez has been a camera hogg recently with this and degentrification of that area of Austin.
