Other sites and the news last night said they weren’t sophisticated and components could be bought anywhere. Bottom line, they don’t know or aren’t saying or sensationalizing.

The NAACP prez has been a camera hogg recently with this and degentrification of that area of Austin.

I guess that hinges on the meaning of the word "sophisticated." If you can make a working bomb that is - apparently - easily triggered, and not kill yourself in the process, I think that requires SOME level of sophistication.
