Again, to be fair, these steps had no railings and apparently were slippery. The beest has fallen on stairs where there were railings.

In the case of no railings and slippery steps, it's a matter of awareness of risk. I ask for help in a situation like that. After age 60 (or so) it's not a good percentage play to not get support. With an injury from a fall, seniors heal slowly if at all.
example....on a cruise. I ALWAYS let them help me off and on tenders, tourist busses, tough areas to walk. In hillary's position, she should know that.
