When Obama allowed these minors - these criminals and victims (children to fill up Chicago whore houses ) what Obama did was a crime against humanity. If a 10 year old runs away from home in the United States the police return him to his family - they don't 'give him away' to people who claim (but can't prove) they're relatives.
