Poll: Backlash against Hollywood's anti-gun lecturing, even among Democrats

The more Americans hear liberal Hollywood actors lecturing them on gun control the more they support the Second Amendment, according to a pre-Oscars poll.

Zogby Analytics found that when movie stars, who often have their own gun-toting security protecting them, slam access to guns, support for guns increases.

The poll provided to Secrets found that millennials especially repel at Hollywood’s anti-gun message, which can be especially hypocritical coming from those involved in violent movies, TV shows and video games.

“Hollywood interjecting itself into the debate makes even the Democratic base want to bear arms,” said the survey analysis in a surprising finding. “There could also be an element of hypocrisy driving the numbers, since many actors and actresses have bodyguards who carry guns and Hollywood churns out movies depicting guns and violence,” it said.

In the Zogby poll, a majority, 56 percent, of voters want to support their constitutional right to bear arms when they hear Hollywood actors and actresses speak out about gun control.

The strongest support was among Millennials aged 18-29, where 65 percent support bearing arms and 23 percent oppose

And a horse named Trigger.

The guy in the second picture, I would never have a gun in that position.

Of all people, that’s Gary Cooper (with his wife, I believe). I’ll trust Coop’s judgement in that instance (he probably knew for sure the gun was not loaded), lol.

Pervy Weinstein says he’s making it his mission to crush the NRA. GEE I WONDER WHY? At long last the dirty little secret of how rampant sex abuse and child molestation is in the sleazy world of show biz is finally out there. It’s abundantly clear why so many of the overpaid mannequins throw their star power behind the gun grabbers. Loking pretty in front of the step and repeat backdrops spewing meaningless rhetoric about the “epidemic” of gun violence and “assault” rifles are evil and the NRA is racist and BLAH BLAH BLAH. Funny how it works that way, the most hoplophobic, militant gun control advocates have serious ethical and legal issues of their own. Is this one factor the Founding Fathers had in mind when crafting the 2A?

People don’t like the arrogance and hypocrisy of celebrities telling them they can’t defend themselves and their families.

What makes the lives of the rich and famous more important than ours apart from the fact they can obtain the best security money can buy?

When we can keep guns we can have an equalizer in terms of protection. That’s very important to have since we know government kills people or is incompetent at saving their lives.

And the RKBA ensures we will remain free.

The guy in the second picture

The guy in the second picture is Gary Cooper, who was born in Helena, MT. His father owned a cattle ranch and Cooper learned to ride, hunt and fish growing up there. So he handled guns most of his life. You can rest assured the rifle he's holding that way was safe.

Pervy Weinstein is going to have trouble crushing anything now that he is bankrupt.

I recall reading somewhere that Coop injured a leg in a car accident as teenager. It left the leg with a certain sensitivity and that in turn heightened his ability to sense what a horse was about to do, thus improving his riding skills just that good bit more.

Still maintain they call a halt to any and all "entertainment" containing firearm violence for one year. Quit making 💰💰💰💵💵💵 off of it and bitchin' about us. Probably far fewer firearm deaths in the real world than on the tv/ movies. If you don't we might "DEMAND" you do it. If you still won't, 🖕🏻. Waiting............. 🍿🍻🇺🇸👹

Hoping for the day Americans realize that celebs are there to sing, act, or play sports and no one cares what they think about anything else.
