A new lawsuit alleges that YouTube stopped hiring white and Asian males to technical roles last year as they didn’t help the company improve employee diversity. The Wall Street Journal reports that a former YouTube human resources employee has alleged in a new lawsuit that the company stopped hiring white and Asian male employees to technical roles at some point in 2017 to improve employee diversity rankings throughout the company. Arne Wilberg worked at Google for 9 years, four of which were spent at YouTube as a recruiter. Wilberg alleges that Google set quotas for the hiring of minorities at the company which resulted in discrimination against white and Asian male employees. Wilberg’s lawsuit claims that YouTube recruiters were told to cancel interviews with applicants that weren’t female, black or Hispanic and to “purge entirely” any applications that did not fit those criteria.

Make no mistake - the goal here and most everywhere else is to cut out the white man. This is now in high gear. Notice how nobody even tries to hide it anymore.
I am not boycotting youtube, youtube is constantly shrinking the thpe of videos I can see there, and the result is I ak not on youtube anymore.
The other day I made the mistake of watching one music video and all of a sudden their algorithm started spamming me with all kind of liberal garbage I had to indicate was undesirable. A week later I watched some BBc stuff and was once again spammed with the same garbage.
Youtube pushes junk. They are worse than McDonalds or street drug pushers.
Always have an Ad Blocker turned on when you go to Youtube

This is news? I do subcontracting on government construction projects. We are required to hire the people they tell us to. And in case you are wondering, I have never been told to hire whitey.
