I believe this one is unique in the ways law enforcement failed - at pretty much every facet of it and going back years regarding this kid.

For me, this one is not about guns nor the shooter. It’s about the collapse of law enforcement, at multiple levels. That is what should be being discussed.

For me it's about: 1) The killer 2) The many many many law enforcement screw ups. We spend millions "training" law enforcement, to get this???
