Starvation and collapse is the goal. Less people who may question authority or disagree. Less overheads. People are an expense on the continent. They are not a resource. The plan is to lower expenses.
Stop ALL U.S. foreign aid to that country and watch how fast they go broke. Those white landowner/farmers are what keep that country afloat.
I don’t think they think that far out.
It’s just greed/graft and black hatred of whites.
