Swamp creatures don’t dig outsiders getting in on their act. Jeremy Bash gave a prime example of the phenomenon on today’s Morning Joe.
Commenting on the news that Jared Kushner has lost his top-secret clearance, Bash–a former Obama official–snidely suggested that people with Kushner’s lower-level “secret” clearance were fit only to:
“deliver the mail, or mow the White House lawn, or serve navy-bean soup at the White House mess.”

The President can seek advice from anyone he wants to be advised by. It doesn’t matter whether they have clearance or not.
If they abuse information, of course, they should be prosecuted. But if that happens, it would be a first. Hell, Hillary held health stocks SHORT while she worked on ruining their value in her Health Care Task Force efforts. The fact is, though, we have plenty of laws that could be enforced against folks who use what they know via secret clearance for personal gain. But when was a member of Congress or anyone in the executive last prosecuted for insider trading? Can’t think of one right off the top of the head.
I don’t see a dynasty issue here. Pretty sure Trump’s family will have had enough of the limelight by the time the President’s terms are over. In the meantime, though, Hillary and Chelsea are green with envy ...

This intellectually deficient SOB should be asked what job Huma Abedin was suited for with her Muslim Brotherhood background? She probably has a top secret security clearance to this day, as has her criminal boss, Hillary Clinton.

The source is anonymous, and first reported in the leftist Axios. Supposedly, all interim top secret clearances have been downgraded by CoS John Kelly to the next lowest levels, so it’s not just Kushner.

I read a lot of fiction. One of my pet peeves is the frequent use of words and phrases that authors and/or editors deem mandatory for the works’ successes. Two of these are the word “preternatural” and the phrase “rictus of death”. In the case of the latter, I would have to apply it to that photo.
I hate to say it, but there is some truth to that.
On the other hand, this guy is sure to be a corrupt criminal.

This woman must be a delight, ha. She married her co worker at CNN; had a kid with him and then got divorced all in 4 short years.
