How does he, seriously and successfully, get THE MAJORITY OF VOTES, among all California voters, and as an Independent candidate, instead of as a Republican candidate (Unfortunately for him, seriously, running as a Democrat candidate wouldn’t work, and he would end up with 0% of the total vote numbers from pro-Democrat voters)?

In California, we no longer have party primary. There's a "jungle primary" in June, when anyone can vote for anyone, and the top two face off in November, with no write-ins counted. Given his name recognition, Savage could likely get on the June ballot, and if he's among the top two vote-getters, he will run against the other one in November.
