The new Texas land commissioner was a future governor or senator, maybe even a future president, in waiting.
But somehow, less than four years later, Bushs future is uncertain.
Yours truly is stuck here in Texas this week, but will be out on the trail, Bush said. Theres no better experience than getting involved in a presidential race because you truly do absorb so much more information than say, running for dog catcher like I did in Texas.

There are 3 or 4 GOP who are
A. Seeking statewide office in CT
B. Are part of the transgender/partialBirth caucus
They will be defeated
Otherwise, the GOP will become a transgender Party in CT
Politicians r a dime a dozen
Every time a liberal GOP loses, it gives somebody else a chance
I supported Hoffman in 2009 when the state GOP undemocratically appointed arch-liberal Dede Scuzzobama to the GOP nomination for the special election, because I felt he had a legit chance at winning a 3 way race. He later became the defacto GOP nominee after Scuzzomaba dropped out (name stayed on ballot) and endorsed the RAT, ending any debate or question that those of use that refused to back Scuzzobama were right.
I supported Donehy in the 2010 GE (I think I had backed Hoffman in the primary, don’t recall) when he was the duly nominated (not selected like Scuzzobama, and Donehy was not a Scuzzobama arch-RINO, after he lost to Elise in the 2014 primary he endorsed her like a good lad) Republican nominee and decried Hoffman being a sore loser and running on the conservative ballot line. Hoffman’s presence on the ballot reelected Owens, who had voted for Obamacare, that was not cool, it was a akin to what Scuzzobama had done the previous year, epic fail.
I supported Doheny in 2012 when he was a Republican (won primary easily over some chick) AND Conservative Party nominee, so did anyone else with a brain.
Anyone in that district calling themselves a Republican who didn’t vote for Hoffman in the 2009 special election and Dohney in the 2010 and 2012 general elections is an idiot or a traitor, be they RINOS who wouldn’t vote for Hoffman and lamewads that wouldn’t vote for Doheny. What idiots and traitors and lamewads do has no baring on what I do, never dem.
I oppose Miguel Suazo (D) being the Keynote Speaker at the 2020 rat convention talking about how he won in Texas “SI SE PUEDE”!!! to the wild cheering of assorted filth. If that means George P is still in office, so be it. Never dem.

Doheny voted for dem Owens in 09, not Hoffman
If that is true (I can’t find anything on it and I find it unlikely, your source?) 2 wrongs don’t make a right. The only thing that mattered was defeating Owens. Donhey defeated Hoffman in the primary fair and square.
Googling it I found out Hoffman quit and endorsed Dohney, which was good, but his name stayed on the ballot because he did this too late.
Hoffman supported Dohney in 2012.
