Personally, I’d like to see it tied to performance. Just how many ‘life threatening’ situations do you put yourself in....graduated scale if you were.

Writing out speeding tickets for 40yrs., IMO, doesn’t require the $$$ pension. Though, I’m also against the 2x, 3x dipping w/ ‘overtime’, sports events, etc.
