The issue of Obama's birthplace was essentially declared non-justiciable when Clarence Thomas testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee that the federal courts wouldn't touch it. Neither would the Supreme Court.

His eligibility was never considered by the courts because they refused to grant cert to the various cases related to it.

Obama’s birthplace is irrelevant, his disability stems from hi foreign national father and his inherited allegiances and nationalities.
He is not a natural born citizen, despite the Supreme Court’s cowardice.
