Thousands of students across Florida have walked out of their classrooms in protest over gun laws as they showed support for the teen survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High shooting who are rallying in the state's Capitol.
Students from across the entire state participated in the mass walk out to honor the 17 people killed in the deadly massacre in Parkland a week ago.
The vast majority of teen protesters gathered on Wednesday at the scene of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High wearing the school's colors and brandishing signs.
They have vowed to make the tragedy a turning point in America's deadlocked debate on gun control.

Here in Tallahassee, the Schools Superintendent excused the absences. Wonder how many kids actually went to the rally and how many used it as a 1/2 day off.

Scary to see how easily and profoundly these little know-it-alls have been indoctrinated in leftist propaganda. Banning guns would not have kept this guy from doing harm. He would then have found them in more nefarious means. How he was able to buy TEN guns, however, mystifies me. Did the same gun store sell this sicko 10 guns or did he get them at different places? It might be useful to have a tracking system so that one gun store knows if a buyer has purchased other guns elsewhere, so that if some nut was stockpiling, they’d be aware. Sadly, that could fall into government hands if our government ever turned completely on us, to see who was armed.
Sounds like the super needs a civics lesson as well. Their demands do NOT overrule my rights. Regardless of their thinking it does.
Guess I’ll inform my kid tonight he better NOT participate in any of this stuff.

Maybe these children's handlers/coordinators will talk them into stealing and turning in all of their immediate and extended family's guns.
This kind of bs is mostly organized and promoted by the commie teachers unions. The ringleaders need to be prosecuted and the others who led or let their students play hookey should be docked and warned that any further malfeasance or derilictiob of duty will lead to dusmisssl. They’re not needed if they’re not teaching. And honest American political history, firearms safety and shooting sports need to be restored to campus so the students learn the truth about who they and the USA are
He bought ten guns with no job and dead parents. The people he was staying with, didn’t know how many guns he had. Something aint right here.

When all those kids were skipping school during all that Amnesty and La Raza crap, the local news station reporter went into the crowd and asked them what they were protesting. They had no idea, they were just doing whatever the crowd was doing and getting out of school.
