Linda Belcher (D) wins her KY legislative seat back w/ almost 70%. In 2016, she lost with 49.6%, while Trump won #HD49 with 72% & Rand Paul won it with 64%.
with Trump and Paul top of ticket. No Top tier statewide election this year? Just congress.
GOPe candidates are dead, and they’d better start getting out of the way.
We called them ‘Blue Dog Democrats’, who voted with conservatives much of time...especially supportive of blue collar workers.
For the life of me I don’t understand people who flip back and forth. The only thing I can think is that the Republican running wasn’t to the liking of enough people that they didn’t show up. This really hurts the Republicans - the dems vote for whoever they have...even if it’s some pervert weirdo.
Nope. She’s the one who lost.
Kentucky was one of the states that refused to turn over
voting info to the fair elections panel.
Dems are perfecting the Fraud
You are right. There is still way too much fraud and too many propagandized and energized voters for any patriot to in any way get cocky about the midterms and 2020.
They’ve got tons of Soros money, lots of rigged software and voting machines, well-placed judges and a well-organized, satanic power system behind them.
It was oGOD’ MERCY and DIVINE INTERVENTION that gave us Trump.
Only continued prayer and turning American hearts toward Him will give us the possibility of good future election results.
Not a good sign if you believe in honest elections. Am I supposed to believe this woman went from 49% to 70% support in a red state state in two years time. You can accept there is complacency on our side, but Im beginning to suspect there will be massive vote fraud committed on a huge scale this November, and these results may be the sign of that occurring
^ this + 1 I don’t believe anything on first blush anymore.
The democrats have hysteria on their side. It is a powerful motivator.
This is becoming a pattern. Raging dems and snoozing pubbies. Always these safe red districts where there’s no sense of danger. The dems turn out their people under the radar and catch everyone off guard.
The low-energy crowd running the GOP doesn't help (excluding Trump, of course).
And hate... it may win them back the Senate and slash GOP control of the House.
Let’s face it: in every mid-term election except 1934 and 2002, the party in the WH has lost seats in Congress.
Dan Johnson committed suicide.
Read details of chaos of his race to defeat Belcher and what lead to his death.
What else could it be? Trump won this state in a blowout less than a year and a half ago. Not buying this result either. We know the game plan for the Dems. Steal the fall elections and regain the House at least and impeach Trump to make him a weakened candidate in 2020. Some of you need to stop taking Democrat wins in places like Alabama and Kentucky as a sign of complacency and picking bad candidates. I agree with you. The Democrats are engaged in full out vote fraud this year.
After Johnsons death, his wife, Rebecca, stepped in to be a candidate, with the intent of carrying on her husbands legacy. Johnson has made controversial remarks in the same manner as her husband. She has made light of drug use and domestic violence, used profanity to describe refugees, and lied about how many employees she managed at a job at Louisville Airport. But she has promised to continue to vote for conservative legislation, which has earned her donations from powerful Louisville State Senator Dan Seum and House Speaker Pro Tempore (and de facto Speaker) David Osborne. Her campaign is also being run by David Adams, who led Rand Pauls primary campaign in 2010.
Holy guacamole, what a train-wreck.
A year of “draining the swamp”, by the 4d chess playing grandmaster of politics, has yielded, in over a year ... a memo. This is not surprising. Trump is getting his political butt handed to him, his supporters are too starry-eyed to hold his feet to the fire, and an almost unbelievably miraculous opportunity is being squandered. Oh, in addition to a 4-page memo, we have also gotten a number of snarky, albeit incoherent, tweets. And, possibly, Q, although that remains to be seen.
We are going to lose. Badly. And the fault lies squarely on the shoulders of Trump, and those who act as cheerleaders, and not true supporters (true supporters know that sometimes you have to speak up when the “leader” is making grievous mistakes — as Trump has done, in not seriously following through on his promise to drain the swamp).
See Kentucky go dark...? Too bad for them.
Did the GOP run one of Mitch’s RINOs?
