Ambrose Evans Prichard was the author’s name. I read the book back in the 90s. After watching the phony TWA 800 investigation I became suspicious of Bill Clinton and I found this book to be very interesting. I’m sure his chapters on Waco and Oklahoma City were a good starting point to the work done on FR.
