It seems to me that if there is NO investigation, then it is clear that anyone responsible for investigating who refused also is involved and needs to be investigated.

Either the investigation happens and we nail the perps now, or we identify more swamp creatures by their refusal to investigate.

I want to see these guys perp walked, indicted, and jailed, before they die of old age.
