He's not the most reliable media figure, but this is not the first time I've heard this. I believe Sara Carter alleged this very thing about a month ago.
It would certainly explain two things very clearly:
1. McCabe's sudden "retirement."
2. The delay in Flynn's sentencing.

Crossing my fingers that if this is true, that the Judge will be able to figure it out, and then all HOLY HELL will break loose.

And also the disclosure protection motion - agreed to by defense - that Mueller filed last week regarding the exonerating evidence for Flynn that the new judge ordered to be turned over.
The exonerating evidence relates to an ongoing investigation.
Mueller is investigating McCabe.
