That explains how Comey could testify under oath that they had concluded Flynn didn’t lie, yet his buddy Mueller could bully Flynn into a guilty plea.

Joe DiGenova is reporting along the same lines.
I trust DiGenova. I do not trust Cernovich, although his heart may be in the right place.

If this is true, it’s game, set, and match for Flynn.

Good to hear....I like Joe. He’s been on fire the past few months.

A FISC warrant effectively immunizes against warrantless snooping. Without the warrant, the snooping is criminal. If Hillary wins, no investigation, let alone prosecution for warrantless snooping of team Trump. But if Trump wins, the warrant is an insurance policy against being criminally charged for snooping without a warrant.

In fact if Mueller did know and still accepted Flynn guilty plea then he would be in big trouble[It was already widely known (even by prosecutor Fitzgerald) that the actual "leaker" was Richard Armitage, via columnist Robert Novak. No evidence has ever come to light that Mr. Libby disclosed Plame's CIA status to Mr. Novak.]
And yet Fitzgerald prosecuted Libby to hurt Bush.
It's what these holes do.

Notice that leaky Comey has stopped tweeting. Can't wait till the hammer comes down on that prick. A laundry list of infractions plus sedition, and his tweet will be: "That's it?"

If true, Flynn won’t have to get a pardon. The charge will be dropped, period.. Not good enough.
Mueller, et al, need to go to the can for coercing Flynn's guilty plea. That would actually send a message!

Just kidding.

I did too until I heard him say Mueller was honest.

No, but I warned some time ago that the Deep Stroke/Pageboy texts showing bias opened the floodgates to every defense atty who EVER had an FBI case prosecuted to now claim “political bias” in the case and would have a very good chance of having it thrown out or re-tried.
The more that’s revealed, the more it will unravel EVERY case the FBI has worked in in the past 2-4 years.

Maybe he is, in a bumbling, Javerts sort of way - at least it's possible that is the impression DiGenova obtained.
But you have a good point. I could have better said I put more credibility in DiGenova than in Cernovich, and avoided the "trust" label.

Firing ANY of these people doesn’t address the bigger problem that Sessions, Horowitz, Wray all face:
Now that there is evidence of FBI corruption/”fruit of the poisoned tree” in ANY cases, it opens up the floodgates for defense attorneys to demand reopening ALL cases.
They are looking at hundreds of cases across the board getting new trials, and possibly dozens of criminals walking free.

And if “this one” was altered, then EVERY FISA obtained during this time period and possibly going back years will have to be revisited.
Terrorists will walk on a large-scale, all because of a corrupt politicized, weaponized FBI trying to stop Trump.
Thanks Zero.
